Service Delivery Manager

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our Scheduling Team and oversee the delivery of GCC’s audit and certification services.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage service delivery, client relationships, contractor auditors and operational processes, ensuring high service standards, efficient scheduling and compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Scheduling Team.
Oversee audit scheduling, capacity planning and timely delivery.
Manage client relationships, enquiries and escalations.
Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding and performance of contractor auditors.
Monitor service delivery performance and implement process improvements.
Work closely with Compliance Managers to maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance.
Improve operational workflows and reporting using Salesforce and other business systems.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ management experience.
A university degree in Business, Management or a related discipline.
Hands on experience using the Salesforce platform.
Experience managing teams and service delivery or operations.
Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to compliance and professional integrity.
Australian work rights.
Experience in certification, auditing, NDIS or another regulated industry will be highly regarded.
