About the role
We are hiring a Service Delivery Manager (IT Infrastructure) for a managed IT infrastructure and security services engagement supporting a public sector organisation in Singapore. This is an on-site role supporting a 24x7 operational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Single point of contact for all operational and service delivery matters
- Ensure deliverables per SLA
- Oversee critical incidents (Sev1/2)
- Multi-vendor management
- Drive service improvements
What you will bring
- 10+ years IT Service Management / IT Operations across multiple service domains
- ITSM/ITIL
- Multi-vendor management
- Incident management
- Service transition
- SLA management
- Analytical and communication skills
Qualifications & certifications
- Degree in CS/IT or related
- ITIL certification preferred
Work arrangement
- Location: Singapore, on-site at client premises
- Employment type: Contract / Permanent / Full Time
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- The successful candidate must be able to obtain the required government security clearance before starting
- Candidates with existing CAT security clearance will be preferred
