About the Role
As Novalink's Service Delivery Manager, you will lead recruitment strategy, manage key client relationships, drive team performance using data-driven insights, and ensure end-to-end service delivery success.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
*Experience: 5+ years in recruitment management, talent acquisition, or service delivery roles with a proven track record of managing teams and scaling accounts.
*Leadership: Strong ability to mentor, motivate, and elevate a team to meet and exceed performance targets.
*Client Relationship Management: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience directly consulting clients on their talent acquisition needs.
*Analytical Mindset: Proven expertise in tracking operational metrics/KPIs, evaluating team performance, and making data-driven decisions.
*Recruitment Expertise: Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and talent management.
*Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with recruitment software (e.g., Zoho, ATS systems), job portals, and HR tools.
*Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong problem-solving skills to address client and team challenges quickly.
