We are now looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to help lead our Australia based services team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of consulting and surveying projects across Australia, ensuring services are delivered on time, within budget, to the highest quality standards and to customers’ specifications

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance operational delivery, people leadership, client engagement and commercial performance.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive continuous improvement initiatives and work closely with clients to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing service delivery team

  • Foster a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture

  • Conduct regular coaching, feedback and performance discussions

  • Support recruitment, onboarding and capability development

Project & Service Delivery

  • Deliver and oversee the successful delivery of consulting and survey projects

  • Allocate resources effectively to meet client and business requirements

  • Ensure quality standards, operational procedures and project frameworks are consistently followed

  • Foster and drive continuous improvement across service delivery processes

Client & Commercial Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Identify opportunities to expand services and support business growth

  • Prepare proposals, scopes of work and project documentation

  • Participate in industry events and client engagement activities

Financial & Operational Performance

  • Oversee project budgets and financial performance

  • Monitor utilisation, productivity and delivery metrics

  • Contribute to departmental planning and budgeting

  • Support achievement of revenue and profitability targets

About You

You are an experienced operational leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems and delivering outstanding client outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience leading service delivery, consulting, project management or operational teams

  • Strong people leadership and coaching capability

  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities

  • Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance

  • Exceptional stakeholder and client relationship management skills

  • Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving abilities

  • A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to drive change

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience within asset management, building surveying, engineering, consulting, facilities management or a related technical environment would be highly beneficial.
