Service Delivery Manager

Oversee Oracle Cloud Infrastructure operations, ensuring SLA compliance, incident management, and vendor coordination for stable, secure cloud services.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to manage the operations and service delivery of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.
You will oversee cloud operations, service performance, vendors and technical support teams while ensuring services remain stable, secure and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day OCI cloud operations and support.
- Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage incidents, problems, changes and critical escalations.
- Coordinate with vendors, support partners and internal technical teams.
- Act as the key contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Drive service improvement and operational efficiency.
- Prepare service reports, dashboards and operational reviews.
- Ensure cloud services are secure, stable and compliant.
- Support capacity planning, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Lead and support operations and infrastructure teams.
Requirements
Must have:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Service Delivery, Infrastructure Operations or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud services, networking, compute, storage and security.
- Experience managing cloud operations and technical incidents.
- Experience managing vendors and external service providers.
- Good understanding of ITIL and IT service management processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
Good to Have
- Experience with Oracle IAM.
- Knowledge of Oracle Database Administration.
- Experience with cloud monitoring and performance management.
- Experience in backup, disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience in enterprise or government cloud environments.
