As a Service Delivery Specialist, you’ll support the effective delivery of projects by providing high quality coordination and administration. Working closely with the wider team and PMO, you’ll help ensure project deliverables, schedules, risks, budgets and reporting requirements are effectively managed.

Your new role:
As a Service Delivery Specialist, you’ll support the effective delivery of projects by providing high quality coordination and administration. Working closely with the wider team and PMO, you’ll help ensure project deliverables, schedules, risks, budgets and reporting requirements are effectively managed.
Responsibilities:
- Support project teams to create and maintain deliverables in line with PMO governance
- Assist with project schedules, milestones, due dates and estimates
- Prepare project summary reports for management and key stakeholders
- Work with project teams to identify and mitigate roadblocks
- Capture and track project risks and issues
- Provide project information to other areas of the business
- Assist with tracking project budgets against agreed Statements of Work and project briefs
- Support timely project status reporting and governance requirements
- Ensure project closure activities and PIRs are completed appropriately
- 3+ years’ experience in project coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar discipline
- Good understanding of project management concepts and governance
- Experience with cloud based project management tools
- Jira, Confluence and Salesforce experience
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Able to work autonomously and make sound decisions
- Dependable, flexible and comfortable working in a fast moving environment
- Telecommunications sector knowledge would be advantageous
