Lead end-to-end service design and process improvement for large-scale transformation programs, mapping workflows and shaping operating models while managing stakeholders and teams.
Salary: £125,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements: Extensive service design and process improvement experience. Proven experience within large-scale transformation programmes.
