Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in service and product design
- Active SC clearance
- Strong experience applying GDS standards in public sector environments
- Proven track record of independently leading service design workstreams
- Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
- Lead end-to-end service design workstreams, from discovery through delivery
- Shape innovative, user-focused digital services
- Apply GDS standards, accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Facilitate workshops, co-design sessions and design sprints
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, researchers, product owners and developers
- Mentor junior designers and help shape the wider design practice
