As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for colleagues across Europe, helping them resolve IT issues and get back to what they do best. How You'll Help Us Grow

• Provide first-line IT support for incidents and service requests to users across Europe.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and service requests through multiple support channels.
• Resolve issues at first contact whenever possible.
• Escalate more complex problems to specialist teams with clear and accurate information.
• Maintain high-quality ticket documentation and follow service management processes.
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience for every interaction.
• Work closely with colleagues across local and regional IT teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

You'll bring:

• Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, IT Support, or customer-facing technical support environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Desirable to have:

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Endpoint support experience.
• Additional European language skills.
