Service Desk Analyst - Level 1

We are seeking multiple Level 1 Service Desk Analysts to join a large and diverse IT environment based in Logan. This is an excellent opportunity for customer-focused IT support professionals who enjoy helping end users, resolving issues, and contributing to service improvements.

Working within a collaborative Service Desk team, you'll play a key role in reducing ticket backlogs, improving service levels, and delivering a positive support experience across a broad user base.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support and incident triage

• Log, diagnose and resolve technical issues

• Support Microsoft technologies including Outlook and Teams

• Troubleshoot hardware and peripheral issues

• Escalate complex incidents where required

• Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication to users from diverse backgrounds

About You

• Previous Service Desk or IT Support experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience supporting Microsoft environments

• Knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Windows and hardware troubleshooting

• Experience in a council or large corporate environment will be highly regarded

• Able to start immediately or at short notice
