About the Role
As a Service Desk Associate, you’ll:
- Greet and check in members as they arrive
- Provide accurate and friendly information about club programs and services
- Ensure the front desk and facility is well-stocked and organized
- Maintain clear communication with team members via Slack
- Handle basic maintenance or inventory needs and report issues
- Respond to and document member incidents as needed
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests

- Calm and friendly under pressure
- Confident, professional demeanor with strong customer service focus

- Shift: Openings, Mids, Afternoon, Closing
- Pay: $16.90 – $17.50/hour
