Your role and tasks
Join ABB’s Service organization and help ensure that service assignments are planned, coordinated, and executed efficiently for our customers across Denmark. In this role, you will act as a key link between customers, Field Service Engineers, project teams, and operations colleagues. You will coordinate service activities, ensure engineers have the required certifications, documentation, and safety preparations, and support a high-quality customer experience throughout the service process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate service assignments and support the planning and execution of on-site service work.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers during service delivery and help ensure a positive customer experience.
- Track service visits and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain and monitor competency, certification, training, and compliance records for Field Service Engineers.
- Ensure engineers meet site-specific requirements, including safety training, personal protective equipment, travel documentation, and certifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, service engineers, and operations managers to allocate resources effectively.
- Support continuous improvements in service delivery, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Help identify and address gaps in service execution, customer communication, and contract fulfillment.
Qualifications for the role
- Experience coordinating service, maintenance, operations, logistics, project support, or similar activities.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple activities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working with administrative systems, scheduling tools, ERP systems, or similar platforms.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
- Understanding of safety requirements, compliance processes, or technical service environments is an advantage.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Technical education or experience from an industrial, electrical, automation, engineering, or service environment is beneficial.
