- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential solar systems.
- Recommend solar expansions, equipment upgrades, and electrical improvements.
- Help homeowners explore battery storage, backup power, and EV charging.
- Develop and present comprehensive solutions that meet homeowners' needs.

Our best-in-class technical, sales, and customer service training, combined with extensive field support, will help you confidently solve problems, develop solutions, and earn homeowners' trust.

We're looking for solar electricians with strong electrical fundamentals, a great attitude, and a hunger to grow.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has hands-on residential solar installation or service experience.
- Understands residential solar electrical components and systems.
- Enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and helping homeowners.
- Communicates professionally and takes pride in quality workmanship.
- Is ambitious, self-motivated, and excited to develop new skills.
- Can work independently, safely access rooftops, and manage daily service calls.
- Has a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Battery storage, Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, and EV charging experience are a plus—but NOT required. We'll train you!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
