Service Engineer $5K (EAA)
Job Responsibilities:
Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls.
Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems.
Assist customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues.
Responsible for setting up, installation and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
Responsible for providing pre and post sales technical support to service and upgrade equipment.
Assist in technical training for customers on setup, operations and maintenance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationship.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience with knowledge in semiconductor and cleanroom environment.
Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills.
Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task.
Must be able to work long hours in a cleanroom environment.
Able to travel within short notice.
