Service Engineer
MUST HAVE:
- Valid/Active Passport
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the US, Canada, and Mexico for client deployments and support
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years’ software implementation experience as a Network Engineer withhands on Microsoft Windows, Tableau, iOS, Android, web browser, and proprietary experience
- Working knowledge of RFID
- Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with:
- Computers
- Operating systems
- Software
- Computer hardware and hardware peripherals(servers, networking and serial communications equipment, and proprietary hardware)
- Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Working knowledge of SQL Server
- Working knowledge of Windows Server infrastructure and networks, and Linux operating system and commands
- Strong hands on experience and knowledge of iOS and Android including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the iOS and Android platform
- Scripting experience including but not limited to:
- Python
- Window’s PowerShell
- SQL
- Mongo DB
- AWS CLI (Command Line Interface)
- Ability to study blueprints, schematics, manuals, survey results, and specifications to determine installation procedures
- Experience with networking protocols and concepts including:
- VPN
- Routing
- Ports
- TCP/IP
- Network analysis tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present and position solutions to customers

- Certification in related field
