SERVICE ENGINEER

Job Summary

Perform field service and maintenance for marine and offshore products locally and overseas, executing site repairs and troubleshooting independently while preparing detailed service reports to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform site repairs and troubleshoot marine and offshore products to restore functionality and ensure operational reliability
• Conduct field service work on marine, offshore, and automation instrumentation products at shipyards and onboard facilities locally and overseas
• Independently liaise with stakeholders, organize tasks, and execute service assignments to meet project requirements
• Prepare detailed service reports and provide recommendations to customers following company standards
• Test and commission marine and offshore automation and instrumentation products to verify performance and compliance

Required competencies and certifications

• Electrical knowledge demonstrated through Diploma or ITE certification
• Electrical or electronic background to support technical service tasks
• Willingness and ability to travel for overseas assignments

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in marine, offshore, or shipyard environments preferred but not essential; candidates without experience will be considered if willing to learn
