Service Engineer

Salary: RM 4,500 – RM 6,000 per month

1.Bachelor’s in CS / InfoSec / Software Eng or related, 3+ years in IT compliance, ITSM, IAM governance or internal control automation.

2.Familiar with ITIL v3/v4, hands-on with BMC Remedy or equivalent ITSM; review Incident, SR, Change, Problem tickets with audit trail & evidence awareness.

3.Hands-on IAM (RBAC/ABAC), multi-app access/role design, permission recertification & risk remediation.

4.Run recurring compliance self-checks for 10+ apps: quarterly self-assessment, evidence collection, gap closure; align varied compliance check items.

5.Translate compliance rules (quarterly assessment, ticket auto-review) into reusable AI Agent Skills. LangGraph / LangChain exp preferred.

6.Strong risk awareness, documentation, cross-team alignment. ISO27001 / audit background a plus.

7.Good communicator to deliver automation and close non-compliance findings.

8.Mandarin read, write & speak to collaborate with China team.
