Service Engineer (Building Management System)
Summary
Oversee maintenance and optimization of building management systems, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring energy efficiency while troubleshooting HVAC, PLC, and BMS components.
Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of Sub-contractors for maintenance and service works
- Plan, organize, co-ordinate and implement Preventive Maintenance work timely and ensure compliance to all authority and client's requirement
- Liaise with sub-contractor and vendor for quotations and purchase orders
- Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading/improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of Building Management system
- Optimise BMS to reduce overall building energy consumption
- Provide technical/operational guidance, engineering solution to the Facility Management
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or any related discipline
- Preferably with at least 2 years of related working experience
- With knowledge on BMS / HVAC
- Good to have knowledge in PLC
- Proactive individual who can work independently
- Good interpersonal and Communication skills
- Able to multi-task and achieve deliverables on schedule
- Able to generate project reports via Word, Excel, Powerpoint
