We are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in maintaining and supporting critical security infrastructure for our valued clients.

What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, and Security Systems.

🔹 Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, hardware issues, and network-related problems.

🔹 Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

🔹 Provide on-site technical support and respond promptly to service requests.

🔹 Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.

🔹 Work closely with project teams, customers, and vendors to deliver excellent service.

🔹 Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.

What We're Looking For

✅ Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, IT, or a related discipline.

✅ Experience in CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, or Security Systems is preferred.

✅ Familiarity with IP networking, structured cabling, and system troubleshooting.

✅ Hands-on, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.

✅ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

✅ Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence (advantageous).
