- Responsible for continuing improving service level to be the top one in the market as the Technical expert
- Responsible for meeting the dairy customer’s needs to achieve Achieve high customer satisfaction
|
|
Primary responsibilities: *
|
- Maintain Equipment :Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on VMS milking systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Customer Training & Support: Provide on-site training for customers on proper use and maintenance of VMS solutions.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, escalating when necessary
- Service reporting : Document service activities, maintain accurate records, and provide feedback for product development improvements.
- Support sales of service contracts and consumables, contribute to achieving budget targets.

Education:
Min required, for example
Comprehensive school, High School, Technical Diploma,
Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s Degree etc.

- Bachelor's degree in technical field such as electronic, mechanical, software, experience in Dairy farming and/or agricultural is a additional preferred qualification.
|
|
Minimum No of years of experience required for external candidates
|
- Minimum 3–5 years in equipment automation, maintenance, or technical service roles.
- Strong knowledge of VMS systems, low-voltage electrical equipment, and troubleshooting techniques
|
|
Min. Managerial experience or specific skills required:
|
- A personality to become an expert, a personal presence to establish themselves as the expert in this field
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with office software and basic commercial knowledge.
- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours
