LitePoint is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Service team as a Field Service Engineer. This is a hands-on hardware test and support role focused on activities in Service Engineering lab. It involves active participation across cross functional teams, both technical and non-technical.

LitePoint 誠徵積極主動的 **Service Engineer**加入 Service Team。此職位主要負責硬體測試與技術支援，工作重點以 Service Engineering Lab 的相關作業為主，並需要與技術及非技術等跨部門團隊密切合作。

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers for RMA service/logistics/status feedback /shipment arrangement.
• Carry out routine service jobs including repairing/calibration/upgrade and preventive maintenance.
• Domestic / international travel needs for customer product installation and quality support. Travel to customer sites for installations, onsite service, and training; support key accounts across the assigned region
• Ensure service data integrity in database, Service Case/RMA/shipment/contract date on system accurately.
• Work closely with other internal field services/applications, support local/regional customers.
• Troubleshoot test stations, test fixtures and test applications in Service lab environment.
• Calibration and maintenance of test stations and capital-intensive test equipment(s).
• Mechanical aptitude for assembly, disassembly, and debugging of minor mechanical issues.
• Support Aad-hoc requests addressed from management team if any.

工作職責:

• 與客戶協調 RMA 維修服務、物流安排、維修進度回覆及出貨相關事宜
• 執行日常服務作業，包括設備維修、校正、升級及預防性維護
• 配合國內外出差需求，至客戶端進行產品安裝、現場服務、品質支援及教育訓練，並支援 重點客戶
• 維護服務系統中的資料正確性與完整性，包括 Service Case、RMA、出貨及合約日期等資訊
• 與內部 Field Service、Application 等團隊密切合作，支援台灣及區域客戶
• 於 Service Lab 環境中進行測試站（Test Station）、測試治具（Test Fixture）及測試應用的故障排除
• 負責測試站及高價值測試設備的校正與維護
• 具備基本機構操作能力，能執行設備組裝、拆卸及簡易機構問題的除錯
• 支援主管交辦之其他臨時任務
