Summary
Service Engineer providing installation, repair, and maintenance for scientific and biopharmaceutical equipment, troubleshooting issues, and consulting with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for scientific and/or biopharmaceutical equipment;
- Provide technical consultation to customers;
- Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline;
- Prepare service reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Bachelor in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant technical work experience in service/ maintenance;
- Ideally process experience in similar industry (Scientific / Biopharmaceutical);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and a team player;
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen;
- Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
