Service Engineer (Japanese Speaker)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling industrial equipment, including the installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery. You will also be responsible for creating estimates and proposing solutions to our customers. This position requires proficiency in Japanese, with a good command of English for reading and writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, Repair, and Maintenance: Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial machines and equipment.
• Customer Support: Understand customer needs and provide solutions by proposing appropriate equipment and parts.
• Estimation: Create detailed estimates for machines and parts, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and estimates.

• Proficient in Japanese (speaking)
• Prefer English proficiency for reading and writing

Experience:

• Hands-on experience in handling industrial equipment.
• Previous experience in a service role at a manufacturing company.
• Strong understanding of industrial machinery and equipment.

Experience 1-3 years in preparing estimates for machines and parts.Qualification: Bachelor in Mechanical/Engineering or relevant majors.
