Service Engineer

1. Bachelor Degree and above or equivalent qualification
2. Prior Experience on Surfscan, Thin Film, Bright Field, Darkfield, Archer equipment is preferred but not a must.
3. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment at customer site to reduce unscheduled breakdown
4. Troubleshoot unscheduled equipment down event to return equipment back to production in the shortest time possible
5. Managed customer on site in terms of equipment up time, equipment performance, troubleshooting capability and recovery duration
6. Generate periodical report to management on site performance and issue tracking
7. Represent the company at customer site and help manage customer expectation as per contract agreement
8. Approximately 30-40% traveling within Taiwan and Asia is required for the job.
