Service Engineer Joining Solutions, Drive & Control Division
Summary
Service Engineer providing on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance for automotive joining solutions like tightening and welding systems, including troubleshooting and training.
- Provide technical consultancy for Joining Solutions projects in automotive industry, including technical consultation, solution proposal, product selection, and customer presentations.
- Provide on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Deliver technical training and after-sales support to customers.
- Perform mechanical and electrical repair and test of Tightening and Welding products at component and sub-assembly level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation, field service, maintenance, or equipment repair.
- Good knowledge of mechanical systems, electronics, and ESD handling.
- Good communication and technical English skills.
- Experience with tightening, welding systems and automotive assembly industry is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, hardworking, and willing to travel domestically and work outside normal business hours when required.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings, with proficiency in industry-standard 2D and 3D CAD tools.
- Proficient in IEC 61131-3 programming, industrial communication protocols, and database systems.
