Job Description
Responsible for processing customer work pieces according to customer requirements in a Class 1000 cleanroom environment. Processing of work pieces includes the following tasks:
- Conduct incoming and outgoing inspection checks.
- Dicing and/ or grinding of work pieces on the company's machines.
- Collect measurement data to confirm conformity to specifications.
- Pack customer work pieces accordingly.
- Discussion with customers on technical requirements. Provide recommendations on best processing method.
- Project management and follow-up of all customer enquiries.
- Follow operating procedures and work flows.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders within Singapore and with Japan.
- Suggest improvements to work flow and/ or ideas for cost reduction.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering field.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing process and cleanroom environment will be advantageous.
- Hands-on with an eye for details and great organisational skills.
- Pro-active with a positive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Machine training will be provided.
