Service Engineer
Job Description
A leading medical device company is actively recruiting a service engineer for their Dubai office.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
- Conducting customer training on the proper use and maintenance of assigned portfolio.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Providing technical support to customers resolving any issues related to equipment performance.
- Performing regular preventive maintenance.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- BSc in Biomedical Engineering or similar.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a service engineer within medical lab equipment (IVD or lab diagnostics) or similar role.
- Willingness to travel as needed for on-site customer support.
- Driver’s license and personal car required.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
