Service Engineer

We are looking for a Service Engineer with 1+ years of experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of equipment/machinery. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, maintain, and service equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and mechanical/electrical issues.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within the required timeline.
• Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential faults.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and other technical documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service-related activities.
• Provide basic technical guidance and training to customers/operators.
• Follow safety procedures and company service standards.
• Travel to customer sites as required.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a service engineer/field service engineer/maintenance engineer.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals/drawings.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Diploma/B. E. /B. Tech. in mechanical, electrical, electronics, or a related engineering discipline preferred.
