Service Engineer
- Preparation of tender for term contracts relating to air-conditioning services
- To create and manage Sales Quotation, Sales Invoice and ensure claim submission and payment are made promptly
- Liaise with owners, developers and relevant authorities relating to the term contracts
- Manage technical team(s) to ensure prompt completion of term contracts with good quality
- Schedule and dispatch technical team by utilising manpower
- Attend to customers' complaints/feedback promptly to resolve any air-conditioning issues by reviewing and implementing corrective and preventive action(s)
- Having knowledge and skills on Chilled Water System is advantageous
- Other relevant ad-hoc duties
