Job Summary
To provide installation & technical support of the company’s Analytical &Scientific instruments at customer site.
Knowledge in ICP-OES, Arc Spark & XRF will be added advantage but not mandatory (as training will be provided).
Responsibilities
- New instrument installation, testing & commissioning at customer site.
- Corrective &preventive maintenance, ensuring instrument optimized performance.
- Provide training to customer.
- Respond to customer service call.
- Prepare service report after each job completion.
- Support pre-sales activities such as system demonstration & application
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Vision Engineering or equivalent.
- Mature, team player, decent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good communication proficiency in oral & writing.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Customer oriented& responsible.
- 2 to 3 years experiences in relevant field/product will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (as training will be provided)
