Service engineers work closely with repair technicians to get the work done fast. Engineers will typically identify the problem and supervise the installation technicians carrying out the repairs. Roles & Responsibilities • Required field service engineer • Excellent verbal and written communication skill • Committed to customer satisfaction and problem resolution • Ready to work in any technology from any location • Overseeing and executing the assigned job & ensuring the quality & timely technical services to customers. • Daily reports to regional office about work progress

• Minimum 2-4 yrs. of experience in Printer Service, preferably Dot Matrix, Thermal Printer Support • Knowledge of troubleshooting & repairing of Dot Matrix, Inkjet, LaserJet, Passbook printer etc. • Willingness to work for Field Job / On Site Support • Good Customer handling skills.
