Service Engineer - Refrigeration & AC
The Service Engineer will play a vital role in our LAC Qatar Service department, taking charge of technician supervision, client interactions, and ensuring smooth operations across AC & Refrigeration sites. This position offers an opportunity to lead and manage a team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Supervise and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee and manage all sites related to AC & Refrigeration, ensuring optimal performance.
- Engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service.
- Submit invoices and ensure accurate record-keeping for all service activities.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess and maintain equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in AC & Refrigeration.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Good knowledge of AC & Refrigeration systems and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant industry software.
