Summary

On-site engineer installs, repairs, and supports medical IT equipment, troubleshoots systems, and trains users in Windows environments.

Key responsibilities

Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of medical equipment and IT solutions.
Experience in MS Window environment & application support
Performance technical POC, Implementation, testing, training and support for system installed.
Perform hand-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, and marketing/ sales.
Product Demonstration- Craft and deliver impactful product demonstrations that showcase the capabilities and benefits of our ultrasound systems
Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.
Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a System Service Engineer.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electronic or mechanical or IT Engineering.
2-3 years of experience in service and maintenance of medical capital equipment.
Working knowledge in Computer networking.
Working knowledge in MS Office, Excel.
Training will be provided both locally and overseas.
