On-site engineer installs, repairs, and supports medical IT equipment, troubleshoots systems, and trains users in Windows environments.

Job description

Key responsibilities

  • Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of medical equipment and IT solutions.
  • Experience in MS Window environment & application support
  • Performance technical POC, Implementation, testing, training and support for system installed.
  • Perform hand-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
  • Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
  • Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, and marketing/ sales.
  • Product Demonstration- Craft and deliver impactful product demonstrations that showcase the capabilities and benefits of our ultrasound systems
  • Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
  • Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.
  • Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
  • other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a System Service Engineer.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electronic or mechanical or IT Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in service and maintenance of medical capital equipment.
  • Working knowledge in Computer networking.
  • Working knowledge in MS Office, Excel.
  • Training will be provided both locally and overseas.
