Service Engineer (Semiconductor)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support to customers in the field.
- Provide machine maintenance support includes repair and PM
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or other relevant Engineering
- At least 1-2 years working experience in servicing or maintenance field
- With experience in Semicon or Electronics industry will be preferred
- Fresh graduate who has passion in field-service line is encouraged to apply the job
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of electrical systems and electronic equipment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
