About the position

• Provide On-Site Support and react to system down emergencies to ensure the systems are return to production in a timely matter
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair by using the training received and the knowledge of electrical and mechanical skills
• Ability to read technical drawing.
• Communicate with our technical support team globally to ensure corrective actions are taken efficiently and precisely
• Travel upon business needs to other regions, will include international travel for training
• Work both independently and in a team environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above and majoring in engineering
• minimum of 2 years’ experiences in customer service
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English language
• Be able to quickly adapt to new circumstances
• Good decision-making skills
• Ability to encourage and motivate people with responsible attitude
• Ability to travel, including short-term and long-term.
