Service Engineer
Job Summary
Deliver high-quality after-sales technical support, maintenance, and repair for medical products to maintain device efficiency and optimize clinical workflow. Perform end-to-end software integration and configuration during product setup, resolving IT issues promptly.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for software integration with Eye Care equipment, including network connectivity, data migration, software installation, software troubleshooting, and other software-related support.
- Deliver after-sales technical support to maintain and optimize medical device performance and clinical workflow efficiency
- Perform maintenance and repair solutions for medical products to ensure operational reliability
- Execute end-to-end software integration and configuration during product setup to enable seamless product functionality
- Apply IT troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve connectivity, network, and application issues related to software products promptly
