Service Engineer (Valve/ North)

Summary
On-site engineer providing troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair for industrial equipment and systems, responding to customer service requests in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and technical support for equipment and systems.
- Carry out field service activities, including diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
- Ensure equipment operates efficiently through preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Provide technical support to customers and respond promptly to service requests.
- Prepare service reports and support other engineering duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or its equivalent.
- Experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or technical support is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant technical certifications are an advantage and willing to travel for service assignments.
