Service Engineer (VoIP, Network) Contract
Description
Salary: ฿30,000 – ฿40,000 per month
Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshoot Network and Voice systems through both remote and on-site support.
Analyze and resolve issues related to network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot IP Telephony systems, including IP PBX, SIP Trunk, Voice Gateway, and IP Phone solutions.
Monitor the performance and availability of Network and Voice systems to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and update firmware/software on network and voice equipment as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Network and Voice Support or as a Service Engineer.
Solid knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLAN, DHCP, and DNS.
Familiarity with Voice/VoIP technologies, such as IP PBX, SIP, SIP Trunk, Voice Gateway, and IP Phone.
Able to work on a rotating shift schedule.
