This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in high-quality work, mentoring technicians, solving complex HVAC issues, and delivering outstanding customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Manage field technicians
- Lead and oversee HVAC service, maintenance, and repair work
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Train and mentor junior technicians in the field
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and up to company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding system issues and repair options
- Install, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures
