| Scope Of Work |
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) of solar plants
- Address and resolve bill reading issues
- Ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) through effective service delivery
- Assist with plant online monitoring and customer registration
- Adhere to SOPs while conducting PMs and CMs
- Maintain and adhere to zero safety violations
- Good Solar Knowledge
- Basic Electrical & Structural Knowledge
- Should know how to ride 2wheeler
- Rooftop solar experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Field work flexibility
- Effective communication skills
- Strong customer empathy
- Hygiene Grooming & Presentability
- Should be fluent in Hindi/English and/or the local language
- Good & Decent behaviour
- Punctuality maintained
- Seriousness in work
