Service Inspector
HanmiGlobal is seeking an experienced Service Inspector to oversee and evaluate building services installations across ongoing construction and infrastructure projects. The role ensures that mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems are installed, tested, and maintained in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect MEP and building service systems during construction and maintenance
- Verify compliance with codes, standards, and approved drawings
- Identify defects, issue inspection reports, and follow up on corrective actions
- Monitor quality, safety practices, and contractor performance
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Experience in MEP inspection or building services supervision
- Strong understanding of building codes, QA/QC procedures, and safety standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and prepare inspection reports
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- PAHW (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) project experience preferred, but strong construction/engineering experience is essential.
