Service Install Manager

Dupure is a residential water treatment company serving homeowners and national builders across Texas, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. We're hiring an Install & Service Manager to build and run our San Antonio location. You'll manage the Field operations (people, inventory and the quality of every job that goes out the door).

What You'll Do

• Hire, train, and lead a team of installers and service techs
• Schedule and dispatch installs and service calls across the San Antonio metro
• Manage warehouse inventory: receiving, counts, stock levels, and reorders
• Work in the field as needed: running installs, services and troubleshooting.
• Enforce install standards so every system is done right the first time
• Coordinate with sales, builder account managers, and customer service to keep jobs on schedule
• Handle escalated customer issues and warranty service

What We're Looking For
• 3+ years in water treatment, plumbing, or a related trade
• Experience leading a crew or field team
• Hands-on knowledge of softeners, filtration, and reverse osmosis systems (UV a plus)
• Organized with inventory and scheduling
• Comfortable with field work: lifting 50+ lbs, attics, garages, and outdoor work in Texas heat
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for at least three years
• TCEQ Water Treatment Specialist license preferred
• New construction or builder experience is a plus
