Service Lot Porter Job Responsibilities
- Move customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the service drive and lot
- Assist with maintaining an organized, clean, and professional vehicle inventory
- Transport vehicles to and from service, detailing, and designated parking areas
- Perform vehicle check-ins and assist with customer vehicle retrieval
- Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles as needed
- Ensure service and customer parking areas remain clean and presentable
- Support Service Advisors, Technicians, and other dealership staff as needed
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and driving guidelines
- Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with guests
