Service Manager-38105
- Develop and implement goals and objectives for the department.
- Supervise and train Service Technicians in the proper installation of alarm systems.
- Make field visits to assist Service Technicians with complicated customer service and technical matters.
- Resolve customer disputes and billing issues.
- Monitor and review all service calls and appointments to ensure timely completion of work.
- Coordinate planning with other members of Branch management.
- Serve as supervisor on-call, 24 hours a day.
- All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
- Prior supervisory and training experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills required.
- Good interpersonal skills required.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical wiring and construction required.
- Basic knowledge of electronic theory required.
- Demonstrated ability for leadership/motivation required.
- Ability to program, test, inspect and install all major company products required.
- Ability to develop a department business plan preferred.
- Basic data entry and retrieval skills required.
- Intermediate word processing and basic spreadsheet competence preferred.
