- Motivate and train our technicians and apprentices to uphold our core values.
- Drive excellent service through support of training and development programs and initiatives.
- Support technicians in providing high-quality installs each and every time.
- Line out projects and support technicians at the field level to ensure success.
- Pursue personal growth and leadership development.
- Partner with fellow managers to meet profitability goals.
- Ensure adherence and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Possess and Maintain a Journeyman’s or Master’s License and proficiency in all plumbing tasks.
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing service experience and 3 years of management experience.
- Excellent customer service and intercompany relationship skills.
- Teach, train, and lead by example.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to collaborate and contribute.
