The opportunity

As Service Manager for our HVDC and Power Electronics service business in Norway, you will lead and grow our service team, ensuring excellent service delivery, strong customer partnerships, and sustainable business growth. You will oversee service operations, develop a high-performing team, and work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to create long-term value.

How you'll make an impact

  • Lead and develop the HVDC and Power Electronics service business in Norway.

  • Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery that meets customer expectations and service agreements.

  • Build strong customer relationships and serve as the main point of contact for key accounts.

  • Drive business growth by identifying new service opportunities and supporting commercial initiatives.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of service engineers and technicians.

  • Manage operational performance, resources, budgets, and compliance with HSE and quality standards.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience in service management or a senior technical role within power transmission, high-voltage, or power electronics industries.

  • Knowledge of HVDC and/or Power Electronics solutions is an advantage.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to develop customer relationships and business opportunities.

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, with willingness to travel within Norway and occasionally internationally.
