Position Summary
As an HVAC Service Manager, you'll lead and manage daily operations for the service
department, coaching technicians and making sure every job gets done safely, efficiently, and to
a high standard. This leadership position offers real long-term stability and room to keep
growing.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and mentor HVAC service technicians, conducting team meetings, ride-alongs,
and performance reviews
• Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and job assignments, providing technical guidance and
troubleshooting support as needed
• Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and local and state HVAC regulations
• Collaborate with dispatch and customer service to optimize technician schedules and job
flow
• Handle escalated customer issues and review estimates, invoices, and technician
recommendations for accuracy
• Track departmental KPIs and monitor job costing, labor utilization, and profitability
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and recommendations for leadership review
