Service Manager (m/f/d)

Mastering the RF spectrum – Symlab AG was founded in 2016 and is growing steadily in the development and production of equipment such as jammers, receivers, transmitters, monitoring and classification devices, radio direction finders and antidrone equipment. Symlab AG, headquartered in Freienbach, is a subsidiary of Global Clearance Solutions AG, which eliminates explosive threats and enables the reconstruction of war-torn regions.
  • Build and establish the Service Department — defining strategy, processes, structures, and tools from the ground up
  • Deliver technical customer support, both remote and on-site, across our portfolio of RF systems
  • Coordinate maintenance, repair, and field service operations to ensure maximum system availability
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve SLAs, ticketing systems, and service processes
  • Manage spare parts, inventory, and service logistics to support efficient operations
  • Conduct technical training sessions and customer workshops, both in Switzerland and internationally
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts
  • Ensure accurate technical documentation and full compliance with service and quality standards
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Technology, Communications Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Strong expertise in RF technology, communications engineering, and complex technical systems
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical service, field service, customer support, or after-sales management
  • Hands-on mentality, with a readiness to perform customer interventions and troubleshooting on-site
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and cultures
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work
  • Fluent in German and English; French and/or Arabic considered an advantage
  • Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally
