Job Summary:

The Propane Manager is responsible for the direct management, supervision and direction of the Propane service technicians. Responsibilities will include providing guidance and direction to technicians, assist in overseeing the truck fleet, and respond to and resolve all customer related issues pertaining to the department and services rendered.

Requirements

Prior experience with fuel oil, propane, and customer service is a plus:

• Prior supervisory experience
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Professionalism in dealing with both customers and employees
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent multi-tasking and decision-making skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and lead the activities of others
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Must be able to sit, stand, and walk short distances frequently

• Must be able to lift minimum of 50 lbs
• Must be able to work on call shift as needed
