SERVICE MANAGER

Romeo Auto Group is seeking a driven, personable, and experienced Service Manager to lead and elevate our service operations. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our valued customers, skilled technicians, and dealership leadership—ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, transparency, and trust. You will play a critical role in guiding department performance, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering service experiences that set us apart.

Compensation: $80,000 – $150,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead service department growth, profitability, and overall performance
• Ensure compliance with all vendor policies, warranty procedures, and regulatory standards
• Oversee repair quality, costs, and workflow to ensure timely, accurate results
• Monitor departmental metrics and warranty performance
• Manage and support technicians through fair work distribution, training, and development
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Review repair orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality workmanship
• Lead team meetings, staff development, and hiring initiatives
• Build strong customer relationships and support service communication when needed
